● System shutdown maintenance;

● The communication terminal or telecommunication equipment fails to transmit data;

● Failure to perform business due to force majeure factors such as typhoon, earthquake, tsunami, flood, power failure, war and terrorist attacks;

● Service interruption or delay caused by hacker attack, technical adjustment or failure of telecommunication department, website upgrade, third-party problems, etc.
